This is our second purchase from this company. We bought a rock drill from a seller, lexi zeng, her service was impeccable. Truly a very good representative for the company. On the second purchase, we worked with another representative. We bought 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm dill bits as well as drill rods. The female cone on the 30mm bits is to small for the male cone on the rods. After asking the supplier uor we could remedy this, he wrote to us that we would have to grind them... We decided to re-machine the cone on the rods and aseked for the cone angle, we have not yet received an answer after three days. The installation must not be delayed further so we did it by trial and error. Not to happy with the after sales service. The product is good and the delivery was rapid. Rm....Show all
