Hard Seal with Tungsten Carbide Sprayed Sealing Surface It features high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions such as oil & gas, chemical industry and power stations, and can be applied in pipelines conveying high-temperature and high-pressure media.

Pressure Class: Class 1500 (1500 LB High Pressure Grade)

Connection Type: Butt Weld (BW) Designed for pipeline welding installation, it delivers superior tightness and excellent anti-leakage performance under high-pressure service conditions.

Structure: Three-piece Forged Steel Body with Trunnion Ball Structure Equipped with a manual worm gear actuator; it can also be fitted with electric or pneumatic actuators for automatic control.

Application This batch of valves is exported, mainly used for high-pressure transmission pipelines in petroleum, natural gas, long-distance pipeline transportation, oil refining, coal chemical industry and other fields, to cut off or conduct the medium in pipelines.

The valve body is integrally forged, featuring excellent pressure and deformation resistance for high safety performance under high-pressure working conditions.

The tungsten carbide hard sealing surface offers outstanding wear and erosion resistance, with a much longer service life than soft-seated ball valves, achieving bubble-tight zero leakage.

The trunnion ball design reduces operating torque, ensuring stable operation for large-caliber high-pressure working scenarios.
