Depending on the model, 4-inch cones can separate particles down to 15-25 microns, while the standard range is 15-47 microns. This improves the quality of the drilling fluid, which is crucial for drilling efficiency and reducing costs.

Durable and Reliable Construction: The shaker deck is heat-treated to withstand high G-forces. It uses high-quality components, such as Italian OLI vibration motors. Seals and wedge blocks use materials like polyurethane and nylon for high temperature, corrosion, and wear resistance. The electrical control box is made of explosion-proof aluminum alloy or stainless steel.

Ease of Maintenance: Features like a mechanical ratchet wrench gear for screen tightening and pre-tensioned shaker screens allow for convenient and quick disassembly and replacement.
