  • The ZN series electric concrete vibrator is driven by a motor and transmits power through a flexible shaft to generate high-frequency vibration. It is suitable for cast-in-place concrete applications in various construction projects, including bridges, tunnels, building foundations, and precast units such as beams and columns, particularly in remote areas. It is especially an indispensable tool on concrete construction sites where electricity is unavailable or during power outages. This adhesion-type vibrator features light weight and high efficiency.
  • The external concrete vibrator is used on vibrating tables, brick-making machines, and vibrating screens to provide vibratory motion. It can also be supplied with a base plate. It is commonly seen on modern construction sites, where it is primarily used to consolidate the surface of freshly poured concrete foundations and to compact the surface of pre-cast concrete.
  • Features
  • The attachment-type concrete vibrator consists of rotor shafts of single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motors, with eccentric blocks installed on both sides to match the motor power.
  • The complete machine features fully enclosed construction and high strength, and is convenient to dismantle, install, and maintain. It is equipped with a quad rubber cable consisting of electric wires.
  • The housing of the complete machine is made entirely of aluminum alloy, offering light weight and high power.
  • The end caps are tightly joined together with three long bolts, ensuring a firm and secure assembly.
