It supports one-time clamping of oversized workpieces like large molds, heavy steel plates and structural components, effectively reducing repositioning errors and boosting processing efficiency for large-scale parts.
  • High-Precision Drive System & Powerful BT50 Spindle Adopting Hiwin linear guideways and ball screws, the machine delivers smooth and precise axis motion. The BT50 belt-driven spindle with 22kW power and 6000rpm max speed provides strong cutting force for steel, cast iron and alloy materials. Its excellent positioning and repeatability accuracy ensure stable machining quality for both heavy roughing and precision finishing.
  • Reliable CNC System with Practical Standard Configurations Equipped with the globally recognized CNC controller, like Fanuc/mitsubishi...it ensures stable operation and easy programming. Standard configurations include a 24-position disc tool magazine for efficient tool change, nitrogen balance cylinder, automatic lubrication system, electrical cabinet air conditioner, and combined screw + chain chip conveyors, supporting long-time continuous production with minimal manual intervention.
