Gas Manifolds • Features Description Gas manifolds are primarily suitable for units that continuously consume bottled gases. In use, several or even dozens of gas cylinders are connected to the manifold conduit, and the gas is filtered, depressurized, and stabilized before being delivered to the point of use. Gas manifolds are characterized by their compact structure, convenient management, and high safety and reliability. The manifold conduit is made of high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel tubing or BPBS9-1 brass or copper tubing. The entire system undergoes rigorous strength and airtightness testing, ensuring safety and reliability. Manifold design options include gantry type, I-beam type, and straight type, ensuring safe and convenient installation and operation. The design is qualified and easy to install; brackets are provided separately. Equipped with a high-flow-rate gas pressure extinguisher. The open design structure is aesthetically pleasing, practical, safe, durable, and structurally sound. The entire system undergoes rigorous strength and airtightness testing before leaving the factory, ensuring safety and reliability. Pressure switch interfaces and expansion interfaces can be reserved. Propane, propylene, acetylene, hydrogen, and natural gas media are equipped with flashback arrestors. An easy-to-maintain gas filter effectively blocks dust and impurities in the gas (the pressure relief unit itself has a filter, or an additional filter can be installed).
