Product Usage

This portable oil filter is a device used for adding, injecting, and filtering insulating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, compressor oil, lubricating oil, diesel, kerosene, and other oils. Specially suitable for field and high-altitude operations, it is used for purifying and filtering industrial oil products in power, railway, construction, metallurgy, machinery, ships, aviation, chemical, laboratory, etc., extending equipment maintenance cycles and reducing the cost of replacing new oil.

3. Adjustable Filtration Precision Optional filter element precision: 1μm / 2μm / 3μm / 5μm / 10μm / 20μm / 50μm for coarse & fine filtration as per working conditions.

4. Real-time Pressure Monitoring Built-in pressure gauge to monitor internal working pressure, ensure safe operation (max working pressure ≤0.3MPa).

5. Customizable Power Supply Standard 380V/50Hz power, customized voltage available for overseas market requirements.

6. Stable Operation & Low Noise Integrated motor pump unit with stable oil output, low vibration and low running noise.

Applicable Oil Types:Insulating Transformer Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Turbine Oil, Compressor Oil, Lubricating Oil, Diesel, Kerosene

Working Principle:Contaminated oil is sucked into the machine via inlet pipe by the built-in oil pump. The oil flows through multi-stage filter elements inside the tank, where solid impurities, metal particles and sludge are intercepted and separated. Clean oil flows out from the outlet for reuse. The matched pressure gauge can reflect filter element clogging condition in real time. When pressure exceeds 0.3MPa, please stop the machine and replace filter cartridges to maintain filtration efficiency.
