This product is a new numerical-controlled ultra-high pressure water jet cutting equipment, and widely applied in cutting and deep processing of decorative materials and aerospace, electricity, new energy, chemical, automobile manufacturing and other industrial materials, such as: ceramics, stone, glass, nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and various sheet (section) materials etc.

  • With comprehensive cutting capacity, it can cut any shapes both in straight or curve lines.
  • With strong CNC cutting platform, to ensure stability and accuracy with high cutting speed.
  • All screws and rails use imported products, X-axis and Y-axis rails use the automatic injection of lubricating, coupled with an effective labyrinth waterproof, dust-proof structure to ensure the numerical-controlled cutting platform processing accuracy and maximize the extension of the screws and rails.
  • The cutting head is equipped with a reliable pneumatic high-pressure water switch control device to improve production efficiency.
  • The unique sand valve design and simple structure allow abrasive garnet feeding smoothly, and repair working to become more convenient and prevent refluxing water.
  • All stainless-steel shield that is dustproof, waterproof, anti rust, anti-corrosive, and easy to be cleaned with water, can keep the platform as brand new for long time.
  • BT series hydro abrasive water jet cutting machine are designed to 2 structures, cantilever-type and gantry-type.
