2. What materials can your water jet cutting machine cut?
Our water jet cutting machine can cut many
materials, such as stone, ceramics, quartz, glass, foam, plastic, rubber, copper, brass, aluminum, mild steel, pre-hardened steel,titanium, nickel-chromium alloy and casting alloy.
3. What is the maximum cutting thickness of CNC water jet cutting machine?
Generally, if cutting steel, our water jet cutting machines can cut up to 240 mm thick, but we recommend cutting no thicker than 150 mm to ensure a smooth cut. Now our Z-axis distance is 170 mm and we can customize it for our customers. For regular thickness, please refer to: Marble 0-120mm; Granite 0-110mm; Tile 0-40mm; Glass and Mosaic 0-80mm; Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper 0-60mm; Aluminum 0-80mm; Plastic, Acrylic, Foam 0-200mm.
4. How do we provide after-sales service?
Some countries have after-sales service department, we will provide local service, if there is no local service, we will arrange engineers for overseas installation and training. The installation and training time is usually 7-10 days. We can also provide installation video.
