Description

Coal rod forming machine is a coal rod that converts powdered raw coal into different shaped bar shaped blocks. The working principle is very simple, which is that the electric motor transmits power to the gearbox through a triangular belt, and the output shaft of the gearbox transmits power to the propulsion shaft through a floating coupling. The thruster on the propulsion shaft pushes coal powder and other raw materials out through the forming cylinder mold head, producing an ideal high pressure coal rod

Advantages

2: The shaft seat is rigidly connected to the cylinder body, with high concentricity, resistance to reverse thrust, and machine stability.
