The RF-YTE Automatic Premade Pouch Packing Machine uses rotary automatic bag feeding with double-head piston filling, designed for juice, puree, sauce, honey, edible oil, ketchup, and other liquid or viscous materials in stand-up pouches, doypacks, and zipper bags. With 15-50 bags per minute output, it is a high-efficiency premade pouch packaging solution for liquid and sauce products.

Piston filling uses a cylinder-driven piston to draw and dispense a fixed volume of material per stroke, making it highly accurate for both thin liquids and viscous sauces or purees. It is especially suitable for products where consistent fill volume is critical such as juice, honey, and sauce.

Compatible with PA/PE, PET/AL/PE (aluminum foil laminated), and OPP/CPP composite film. For products requiring longer shelf life or barrier protection, PET/AL/PE aluminum foil film is recommended.

Yes. The piston filling system handles both thin liquids such as juice and soy sauce, and thick viscous materials such as honey, ketchup, chili sauce, salad dressing, and fruit puree. For extremely thick materials, please confirm viscosity specifications during inquiry.

MOQ is 1 set. Standard lead time is 20-30 working days after order confirmation and payment receipt.

We provide 1-year warranty on the whole machine. Video installation guidance is available. On-site installation and training service is available on request. Overseas engineer service can be arranged if needed. Every unit ships with a machine test report and video inspection record.
