The system can be matched with linear weigher, volumetric cup, piston pump or liquid dosing device to complete solid filling and liquid filling in separate steps for cleaner packing.
  • Better Sealing Quality: For products with liquid, oil or sauce, the machine can be configured with anti drip filling nozzle, bag mouth cleaning, vibration settling and strong heat sealing system. This helps reduce sealing contamination, improve pouch sealing strength and create a cleaner finished bag appearance for retail display.
  • Customized Doypack Solution: Suitable for pickle factories, condiment producers, prepared food suppliers, snack food brands and machines de remplissage doypack projects.     This machine is suitable for various premade bags, including stand up pouches, zipper pouches, flat bags, gusset bags, spout pouches and laminated doypack bags. The bag feeding magazine, suction system and opening device can be adjusted according to pouch size, material thickness and bag structure.

    The machine can be customized for granules, powders, liquids, sauces, pastes, snacks, pickles, nuts, pet food, frozen food and other materials. Different filling systems can be matched according to product characteristics, such as multihead weigher, auger filler, piston pump, liquid pump, cup filler or linear weigher.

    The eight-station design separates each action into different working positions, such as bag feeding, coding, opening, filling, settling, sealing and output. This structure gives each process enough operating time, helping improve running stability, packing accuracy and finished pouch quality.

    Yes. The machine can be equipped with bag detection and opening detection. If there is no bag or the bag is not opened correctly, the machine will not fill or seal at that station. This helps reduce material waste, protect the filling system and keep production cleaner.

    Yes. For fragile products such as potato chips, biscuits, popcorn and puffed snacks, the machine can be matched with a gentle feeding and weighing system. The discharge height, vibration strength and filling timing can be adjusted to reduce product breakage and maintain better finished pouch appearance.

    The machine uses controlled heat sealing, stable bag positioning and adjustable sealing pressure. For products that may contaminate the bag mouth, optional vibration settling, air blowing or bag mouth cleaning can be added to help improve seal strength and reduce rejected pouches.
