Product details

The Spiral Chute is a gravity separation equipment designed for processing fine-grained minerals. It combines the advantages of a spiral concentrator and gravity separator, achieving efficient separation of heavy and light minerals without additional power consumption.

The equipment adopts a vertical spiral structure with a wear-resistant surface, allowing slurry materials to flow smoothly along the spiral channel. Under the combined action of gravity, centrifugal force and water flow, minerals with different densities are separated and collected into different discharge areas.

The spiral chute is widely used in gold mining, iron ore beneficiation, chrome ore processing, zircon sand recovery, ilmenite separation, tungsten ore concentration, tin ore dressing and other mineral processing plants.
