Professional Ball Mill: Ideal for crushing gold-bearing rock in mines.Ball mills are mainly used for grinding the finished products and raw materials in cement plants, and they are also applicable to various mineral ores and other grindable materials in industrial enterprises such as metallurgy, chemical industry, and power industry. They can be used for open circuit grinding or be combined with classifiers for closed circuit grinding. Cement mills have the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, strong continuous production capacity, high crushing ratio, and convenient adjustment of grinding fineness. Cement ball mills can operate in both dry and wet processes and can simultaneously perform grinding and drying.Mainly used in industrial production, especially as grinding machinery widely applied in the mineral processing industry. They are used for grinding non-ferrous metals, such as gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, manganese and tungsten. As well as non-metallic materials, including graphite, feldspar, potassium feldspar, phosphate rock, etc,They can handle the crushing of more than 200 types of stones.

The main component of the ball mill is a large-diameter and short-length cylinder, which rotates under the drive of mechanical equipment. Materials are fed into the cylinder through the feed port and then undergo thorough grinding. The falling process of iron balls and ore generates a huge impact force and self-grinding effect. Continuously supplying ore to the mill will exert considerable pressure on the ore, causing it to move from the feed port to the discharge port. Finally, qualified particles are discharged from the discharge port. Acceptable ore particles are carried away by water through the wet mill or by air through the dry mill. It is usually used for fine grinding.
