  • The production of refractory ceramic fiber blankets requires a certain composition of raw materials. First, it is necessary to prepare asbestos, which has and fine fibers, for the melting and stretching of refractory ceramic fiber blankets. In addition, it also needs appropriate additives, such as ceramic oxides, borax, etc., and other synthetic raw materials. Furnace smelting Smelting is one of the important steps in the manufacture of ceramic fiber blankets. After mixing asbestos with other raw material powder, it is put into a furnace for high temperature melting. During this process, the mixture melts at high temperatures, forming a viscous liquid. Adding an appropriate amount of ceramic oxide can increase the viscosity of the mixture, make the density of the product higher, and improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
