    We offer a wide range of grades and standards to meet diverse industry needs. For grades, we have carbon steel grades like ASTM A106 Grade A, B, C which are commonly used in general piping systems, especially for transporting water, steam, and gas at moderate pressures. Alloy steel grades such as ASTM A335 P11, P22 are suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, like in power plants.

    Our manufacturing process starts with carefully selected high-quality steel billets. First, the billet is heated to a suitable temperature in a reheating furnace. Then, it undergoes the piercing process where a piercing mandrel is used to create a hollow hole in the center of the billet, forming a seamless shell. After that, the shell is further processed through rolling operations, such as stretch reducing or sizing, to achieve the desired outer diameter and wall thickness.

    Quality is our top priority. We conduct a comprehensive range of quality control measures throughout the production process. Each batch of raw materials is tested for chemical composition to ensure it meets the specified grade requirements. During and after production, we perform mechanical property tests such as tensile tests to measure tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, as well as hardness tests.
