Overview of Piston Metering Pump

Plunger metering pump is a reciprocating volumetric pump with adjustable flow rate driven by a plunger at the overflow end. The motor drives the worm gear and drives the adjustable eccentric mechanism so that the connecting rod drives the plunger to do reciprocating motion, and the hydraulic end of the pump forms a volumetric chamber with the help of the reciprocating motion of the plunger to realize the suction and discharge of the medium through the alternating opening and closing of the inlet and outlet check valves.

The maximum flow rate of single head is ≤14300LH, and the maximum pressure is ≤50MPa.

l can be connected in parallel with double or multiple heads to increase the flow rate and reduce the pulse, and can also be used as a proportional pump by conveying a variety of media at the same time.

l can be equipped with optional metering pump stroke controller to realize a wider range of automation control.
