Product details

1. It adopts intelligent wireless remote control technology and can walk on its own crawler. It can be operated remotely to get on and off the flatbed trailer to realize rapid relocation.

2. The vibrating screen can be raised and lowered by hydraulic pressure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of the screen and is also convenient for transportation.

3. The screener can screen up to 4 kinds of the final products, and each finished product conveyor belt can be hydraulically folded so as to realize the whole machine transportation.

4. It is a complete screening system before leaving the factory, and can be quickly put into production without on-site installation and commissioning.

5. According to the customer's needs for screening materials, a plate-type feeding system can be selected to achieve the special material screening.

6. Word famous key devices are employed, Strickland track, Bonfiglioli /Brevini/Eaton drive motor, Cummins diesel engine, Schneider electrical elements, Eaton hydraulic plunger pump, Omron remote controller, etc. Other than these, AM series plant is equipped with hydraulic motor on belt conveyor and feeder. Performance, service life and value of the crusher is guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Unbalanced counterweight, loose screen box bolts, damaged exciter bearing, uneven feeding or broken spring support will cause fierce vibration. Stop the machine to fasten all bolts, adjust counterweight balance, check exciter components and replace fatigue springs.

Wet sticky raw materials, too small mesh aperture, overfeeding and low vibration amplitude lead to mesh blockage. Control feeding moisture, install bouncing balls inside screen deck, reduce feed rate and adjust vibration parameters properly.

Uneven material spreading on screen surface, tilted screen box, damaged screen mesh and improper screen angle affect screening precision. Level the screen box, tension screen mesh tightly, adjust feeding uniformity and modify screen inclination angle.

Inconsistent tension of left and right tracks, unilateral wear of rollers, idlers and drive wheels, deformed track frame and uneven ground result in deviation. Adjust track tension symmetrically, replace worn wheel parts in pairs and avoid sharp in-situ turning.

Overloaded feeding, screen deck material accumulation, belt slipping or abnormal exciter resistance cause high current and low throughput. Cut feeding volume, clear piled materials, tension or replace worn transmission belts.

Direct heavy material impact, loose screen mesh clamping, oversized lump feed and long-term fatigue vibration break the mesh. Install buffer plates at feeding inlet, fasten screen clamping fixtures strictly and control maximum feeding lump size.

Insufficient grease, deteriorated lubricant, blocked oil nozzle or damaged exciter bearing trigger overheating. Refill or replace high-temperature grease, clean lubrication channels and overhaul or replace defective exciter bearings.

Muddy materials cause mesh blinding, chute sticking, conveyor belt adhesion and track mud abrasion. Set pre-dewatering treatment, install belt scrapers, clean chutes regularly and flush track mud after daily operation.
