Highlights at a glance

  • Oil and particles are removed by the built in multi stage filtration system. The first stage is a water separator that strips bulk condensate from the air stream. The second stage is a high efficiency coalescing filter that removes oil aerosols and particulates down to 0.01 micron, capturing the oil mist and dust that would otherwise contaminate the optics and the work surface. The final stage is an activated carbon filter that removes oil vapor and odors, leaving air that is clean enough for the most sensitive laser applications. This three stage treatment ensures the compressed air delivered to your laser equipment meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications for air quality, giving you the same protection as a dedicated medical grade air system without the added equipment cost.
  • The integrated design is the second big advantage. The dryer and the filtration system are built into the compressor package, so there is no separate dryer to buy, no separate filter housing to install and no long pipe runs where moisture can condense between the compressor and the laser. The machine arrives complete, connects to your electrical supply and compressed air line, and starts producing clean air immediately. This saves floor space in your workshop, reduces installation time and eliminates the compatibility problems that come from mixing components of different brands and ratings. One integrated unit, one power connection, one air outlet and one responsibility for the quality of the air.
