The moisture content of the feed material is recommended to be ≤10% (for Raymond mill / micro powder mill). If it exceeds 10%, drying equipment should be installed first; otherwise, it will affect the powder output rate and increase the risk of clogging. If you need large-scale production of hundreds of tons per hour, we recommend our LM vertical roller mill, which has a built-in drying system and can handle materials with moisture content up to 15%.

Selection based on fineness: Use European-style mills or vertical mills for coarse powder (80-400 mesh), and micro-powder mills or ultrafine mills for ultrafine powder (above 600 mesh). Selection based on capacity: Choose vertical mills or ball mills for high-capacity operations (>30 t/h).
