KG series down the hole drill rig is crawler mounted drilling equipment mainly used for open pit mine quarry and road blasting hole drilling. It adopts integrated diesel engine to supply power for walking hydraulic and air supply systems with compact overall layout and high integration level. The matched high efficiency screw air end provides stable high pressure airflow to ensure fast drilling speed in different rock layers. Its crawler chassis features strong climbing capacity and good cross country performance to travel freely on uneven mine terrain. The adjustable drill arm can finish vertical inclined and multi angle drilling operations flexibly to satisfy diverse construction requirements. Automatic drill pipe feeding structure cuts manual labor and improves working efficiency greatly. Complete safety protection modules monitor engine temperature oil pressure and air pressure in real time to stop abnormal operation automatically and avoid equipment damage. Built in efficient dust suppression device reduces construction dust and conforms to environmental regulations. Key structural parts use high strength wear resistant steel to adapt long term harsh mine working conditions.
