    It is suitable for low-viscosity liquids, including pure water, beverage, liquor, edible oil, alcohol disinfectant, liquid soap, cosmetic toner and other chemical liquids. It cannot handle high-viscosity paste, honey and carbonated drinks.

    It works for plastic bottles, glass bottles and jars. The bottle height can be adjusted from 50mm to 350mm, filling volume ranges from 50ml to 5000ml to meet different production demands.

    Yes. Equipped with PLC + touch screen control panel. Operators only need to set filling time and conveyor speed on the screen; the whole filling process runs automatically with simple learning cost.

    Yes. All liquid contact components are SUS304 stainless steel. The filling valve and pipeline can be completely disassembled for CIP washing, complying with food and sanitary production requirements.

    The working voltage can be customized for 110V/220V/380V/415V. Clean compressed air of 0.6-0.8Mpa is needed for pneumatic valve actions.
