High-temperature hot-rolled forming ensures uniform and dense metal grain structure, free from internal defects like shrinkage cavities and inclusions. Specialized in large-caliber (200mm-600mm) and thick-wall (10mm-50mm) specifications, with regular and full cross-section, smooth rounded corners, and no obvious burrs or deformation, laying a solid foundation for heavy-duty applications.

Thick-wall design greatly enhances compressive and flexural strength, with load-bearing capacity far exceeding ordinary thin-wall and small-caliber tubes. Excellent toughness and impact resistance make it hard to deform, crack or break under heavy impact, vibration and long-term dynamic loads, ideal for harsh working conditions like construction and mining.

Hot-rolled material boasts good plasticity and weldability, with firm and reliable weld joints (no cracks, air holes or slag inclusions) whose strength is close to the base material. Easy to perform secondary processing such as cutting, drilling, bending and punching, with smooth processing, no brittle fracture, and easy control of processing accuracy, improving production efficiency.
