Product Introduction & Selling Points

HQZ series water well drilling rig is lightweight, high-efficiency and multi-functional drilling equipment. It is mainly used for industrial and domestic water well drilling, geothermal drilling. It boasts compact structure, fast penetration rate, flexible mobility and wide terrain adaptability. It is especially ideal for water intake projects in mountainous areas and rock formations.

This drilling rig can drill through various strata. It adopts advanced hydraulic technology, equipped with high-torque hydraulic rotary motor and large-bore hydraulic feed cylinder. A famous-brand multi-cylinder diesel engine supplies power for the hydraulic system. Two-stage air filter and optimized air compressor air intake design effectively extend diesel engine service life. Unique pump group layout enables easy maintenance and cuts maintenance costs. Centralized hydraulic control console brings simple and convenient operation.

The series rig adopts excavator-style crawler chassis with outstanding off-road performance. Modular independent design allows the rig to be mounted on trucks for better mobility. Two-speed rotary & feed system meets different drilling demands for soil and rock layers.

Combined positioner can be adjusted and fitted with different positioning plates to match various drill pipes and DTH hammers, ensuring precise and stable centering positioning. The built-in winch simplifies lifting of drill pipes and impact hammers to greatly reduce labor intensity.
