Highlights at a glance

  • Flotation Machine It is widely used for copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold and other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, concentration and flotation operations. Especially for fine disseminated and complex composition ore, using this series flotation machine can get better separation effect.
  • Crushing stage: The jaw crusher crushes the particles to 100-150mm, then uses a cone crusher to crush the particles to 25-30mm, Grinding Stage: Use ball mill to grind the particles to less than 0.074mm. Usually, a ball mill is combined with a spiral classifier to form a closed-circuit grinding. Flotation Stage: After roughing and scavenging, a large amount of tailings are discarded. The coarse concentrate is then regrinded. After regrinding, it undergoes two to three rounds of concentrating to obtain the final copper concentrate.
