Integrated with your existing chip conveyor, the PLC-controlled system automates feeding, compression, ejection, and stacking. This eliminates the need for manual shoveling of heavy, sharp cast iron and stainless steel chips, drastically improving workplace safety and reducing labor costs by up to 80%.
  • Oxidation Control Preserve Stainless Steel Value Stainless steel loses value rapidly due to chromium oxidation (rust) when loose. Our high-pressure cold briquetting process minimizes surface area exposure and locks in alloying elements. The resulting briquettes exhibit superior oxidation resistance during storage and transport, preserving the nickel and chromium content that determines scrap value.
