    We are a professional manufacturer with over 10 years of experience (since 2013) specializing in industrial cabinet hardware and precision metal components. We operate our independent brand FIRIX and provide full-service manufacturing from development to assembly.

    Our products are widely used in electrical enclosures, telecommunications cabinets, industrial automation equipment, new energy systems (BESS), rail transit, and outdoor harsh environments.

    We primarily offer products in Zinc Alloy (Die-casting) and Stainless Steel (304/316L). While stainless steel is known for extreme durability, our zinc alloy products are highly popular for their excellent balance of strength, cost-efficiency, and versatile surface finishes.

    Zinc Alloy: Best for standard indoor/outdoor environments where cost-effectiveness and aesthetics (diverse finishes) are priorities. Ideal for industrial cabinets, data centers, and machinery. Stainless Steel: Best for harsh environments (marine, chemical plants, high humidity) where maximum corrosion resistance and structural integrity are required.

    We utilize High-Pressure Die Casting for zinc alloy products to ensure high dimensional accuracy and smooth surfaces. For stainless steel, we use Metal Injection Molding (MIM), Precision Casting, and CNC machining to handle complex geometries and high-strength requirements.

    MIM is an advanced manufacturing process for producing small, complex, and high-precision metal parts. It allows us to achieve high-density structural components with excellent mechanical properties, which is perfect for complex cabinet lock cylinders and precision hinges.

    Absolutely. We provide one-stop OEM/ODM services, including structural evaluation, material selection, and process optimization. We can work with various file formats like STEP, IGS, or DWG.

    For new projects, we use CNC rapid machining for sample validation. This allows for a fast response and ensures the design meets your requirements before investing in mass-production molds.
