1.Raw material 1. Choose high quality raw material from big factory, who has ISO certificate 2. Keep MTC 3. Arrange incoming inspection of chemical properties and mechanical properties, then stock to prepare to cut 4.Cutting and prepare to forging2.Forging 1. Heating 2. Hot forming and forging 3. Heat treatment 4. Manufacturing process test: Chemical and Mechanical tests, hold specimen for each heat number
3.Rough Machining And CNC fine machining 1. After forging and heat treatment, will arrange machining. 2. The biggest diameter we can machine is 6000mm 3. After rough machining, we will do the NDT test, UT test to assure the forging is good 4. Then drill the holes 5. After drilling the holes, arrange dimension inspection，100%inspection
4.PT and MT After dimension inspection, we will arrange PT and MT test.spection 1. During marking, we will arrange 10% sample to inspect the dimension again 2. Welcome come to6.Marking 1. Marking as per standard or as per client request. Also can do OEM 2. After marking, arrange clean and coatingating 1. If stainless steel, no any other coating after cleaning. 2. If carbon steel, we can arrange different coating as per customer's request. Like, anti-rust oil, color painting, epoxy coating, Hot dip galvanized coating, PTFE lined and etc.
8.Packing and delivery 1. All stainless steel flanges will be package by plywood case 2. For carbon steel flanges, 8" and below size, will be packed by plywood case too. But if bigger size, will be packed by plywood pallet 3. Delivery term can be EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDU,DDP etc 4. Supply MTC, test report, NACE certificate during delviery 5. Shipping marking as per PO
