Product details
An engine turbocharger boosts the power of internal combustion engines by raising intake air pressure. It consists of components including turbine housing, turbine wheel, compressor housing, compressor wheel and wastegate valve. The turbine housing holds the exhaust-driven turbine wheel. The compressor wheel is a radial fan with curved blades that draws in ambient air, compresses it, and feeds pressurized air to the engine. The wastegate diverts part of exhaust gas away from the turbine wheel to limit its rotational speed and avoid excessive boost pressure.
Equipped with a 111 mm diameter turbine wheel and a 118 mm diameter compressor wheel, which can handle larger air flow and supply sufficient air for combustion
Compensates for low air density at high altitudes to maintain consistent engine performance
Engine turbochargers increase engine power output by boosting intake air density. By compressing air, turbochargers enable more fuel to be burned and raise intake air density.
