Working principle of hydraulic oil press: Hydraulic oil press is an oil press that uses hydraulic oil to transmit pressure through an oil pump. The machine is equipped with a temperature control system to discharge oil under high pressure and high temperature. When the hydraulic oil press is running, the processed raw materials will pass through the press chamber, and then the oil will be activated and separated from the raw materials through the movement and extrusion of the inner wall of the press chamber. Its general operating power is to inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder to boost the movement of the pressing chamber to achieve the oil pressing link. Through hydraulic control, the heating temperature of the oil can be reduced, and the nutrients are well preserved.

Precautions before booting: 1. Clean the inside of the oil tank and add enough hydraulic oil. 2. Use 46# hydraulic oil for hydraulic oil, and add it to the position parallel to the large square pump body. 3. Check whether the bolts in each part of the pump body are loose. 4. Check whether the circuit connection of the meter box is correct.
