    Every machine ships with: (1) close-up photo of Haitian factory nameplate showing model, serial number, and production date, (2) TECH2 H controller photo with QR code and serial number - scan to verify, (3) factory inspection report with hand-signed checklist. All serial numbers traceable to HT Haitian Plastics Machinery. If you're visiting Dongguan, you're welcome to verify in person.

    We replace as standard: (1) ALL hydraulic seals - genuine U-cups and O-rings, (2) ALL copper sleeves and steel bushings, (3) ALL filter elements, (4) hydraulic oil - drained, flushed, ISO VG46 refilled, (5) worn heater bands. Screw and barrel are measured to ±0.01mm and replaced if wear exceeds factory spec. See the component photos in the product images section - we photograph the actual replacement parts.
