It efficiently crushes high-hardness and highly abrasive materials such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and quartzite, and is widely used in applications including mineral processing in mines, aggregate processing in quarries, and aggregate production for highway construction and water conservancy projects.

The machine is constructed by welding thick-walled steel plates to a monolithic cast steel frame, with reinforced design in key load-bearing areas, ensuring strong impact resistance and low vibration. The high-strength alloy main shaft, paired with heavy-duty roller bearings, extends the machine's service life and makes it suitable for long-term, heavy-duty operations.

The jaw plates are made of manganese steel, which exhibits self-hardening properties under continuous operation, resulting in continuously enhanced wear resistance. The easily accessible design simplifies the inspection and replacement of liners, significantly reducing routine maintenance time and lowering operating costs.

Using a combined shim and wedge adjustment system, the discharge size can be quickly adjusted within a range of 60 to 200 millimeters. It can precisely match the feed requirements of secondary crushing equipment such as cone crushers and impact crushers, optimizing the overall crushing process and aggregate shaping results.
