Our blades are designed to fit most mainstream industrial machinery models. To ensure perfect compatibility, please provide us with your machine model, brand, and relevant dimensions, and we will recommend the most suitable blade specifications for you.

What is the hardness of your blades?Our blades are made from high-quality alloy steels, tool steels, and high-speed steels (depending on application). The hardness typically ranges from HRC 52 to HRC 62, optimized for wear resistance and toughness to suit different cutting scenarios.

Yes, we specialize in custom blade manufacturing. We can tailor blade dimensions, tooth profiles, materials, and surface treatments according to your drawings, samples, or technical requirements.Our products are certified with ISO 9001, CE, material test reports (SGS), RoHS etc. We also provide material certificates, hardness reports, and dimension inspection reports.

Service life depends on material, working intensity, and maintenance. Our standard blades usually last 2~6 times longer than ordinary blades. We will give an estimated life after knowing your application. All blades go through vacuum quenching, tempering, stress relieving, precision grinding, and dynamic balance testing.

Our blades can cut a wide range of materials, including metal sheet, steel coil, plastic, rubber, wood, paper, fabric, and waste recycling materials. Please tell us your material for accurate recommendation.

We support express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT), air freight, and sea freight. Shipping terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP. Normally 3~5 days if products are in stock. For non stock items, it will take 2~4 weeks (negotiable based on order quantity and production schedule). Blades are coated with anti-rust oil, then packed in plastic bags and plywood cases (or as per customer request).
