With a strictly controlled water volume <29.5L, it fully complies with TSG 11-2026 and is exempt from special equipment supervision worldwide.

No government approvals, annual inspections or certified operators are needed, saving you 2-3 months of approval time and significant labor costs. Delivered as a fully factory-assembled and pre-tested unit, it only requires simple connections to water, electricity and fuel to operate. Its industry-leading 3-minute fast steam production reaches full rated pressure in just 3 minutes, 10x faster than conventional boilers. The innovative three-pass heat exchange structure with threaded smoke tubes achieves 93%+ thermal efficiency, cutting fuel consumption by 15-20%.

Equipped with an intelligent touch screen controller, it supports one-key start and fully automatic operation without full-time supervision. It features automatic water feeding, load adjustment, fault alarms and 9 layers of interlock protection for maximum safety. We use original imported Baltur/Riello burners with 96% combustion efficiency and ultra-low NOx emissions (≤30mg/Nm³). The boiler body is made of Q345R pressure vessel steel, and the economizer uses 304 stainless steel, ensuring 88%+ steam dryness for food, textile, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We provide comprehensive global services: free pre-sales system solutions and technical drawings, 24/7 online support, overseas engineer installation and training, 1-year free warranty and lifetime technical support.
