Product details
Cast iron economizer is an essential energy saving heat exchange device installed at the tail flue of industrial boilers. It is made of high quality cast iron to recover waste heat from high temperature flue gas and preheat boiler feed water. This equipment effectively improves thermal efficiency and cuts fuel consumption. It is suitable for coal fired biomass fired wood fired bagasse fired and rice husk fired boilers with working pressure up to 2.5 MPa
1 Superior Corrosion Resistance High quality cast iron material resists acid corrosion from flue gas especially under low temperature working conditions for long service life
2 High Heat Transfer Efficiency Finned tube structure enlarges heat exchange area. It raises feed water temperature and increases boiler thermal efficiency by 5 to 10 percent while reducing fuel cost by up to 15 percent
3 Solid and Durable Structure Assembled with finned cast iron tubes and connecting elbows. It features strong mechanical strength and good thermal shock resistance with low leakage risk
4 Anti Dust and Self Cleaning Performance Optimized fin spacing and flue gas passage prevent dust accumulation. It works well for flue gas with high dust content and reduces maintenance work
5 Low Cost and Easy Maintenance Lower production and maintenance cost compared with steel tube economizers. Modular design allows simple installation inspection and part replacement
