  • 1)The spray dryer have fast drying speed, the material liquid by the centrifugal spray, to increase surface area, in the high temperature air, can evaporate 95-98% water by memont. it takes only a few seconds drying time.
  • 2)It Suitable for heat-sensitive materials.Because the droplets and hot air flow and flow direction, although the hot air temperature is higher, but the material does not overheat during water evaporation.
  • 3) Product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility. because of the instantaneous drying, the product can maintain uniform fine granular.
  • 4) Production processing is simple, convenient operation and control.Special material for 40-60% moisture content (up to 90%) can dry powder products one time. Dried power don't need to crushing and screening, reduced the production process, improve the product purity.For the product particle size, bulk density, moisture, within a certain range, can change to adjust the operating conditions, control and management is very convenient.
