Black Annealed: The pipe is heat-treated in a vacuum, resulting in a matte black, scale-free surface. It is highly ductile and perfect for direct powder coating or painting without sandblasting. Black Oiled: This refers to the original black surface of ERW Welded Pipe coated with a thin layer of anti-rust oil to prevent corrosion during sea freight. It is ideal for industrial applications where the pipe will be welded or further processed.

As a Precision Welded Tubing manufacturer, we use advanced high-frequency welding lines and digital sizing rollers. Our Wall Thickness Tolerance is controlled within +/- 0.05mm to 0.1mm (for thin-wall pipes), and our 90-degree corner radii are sharp and consistent. This makes our pipes perfect for Laser Cutting and automated CNC fabrication.

Yes! Our Mild Steel SHS (Square Hollow Sections) are designed with excellent weldability and ductility. Because of the Black Annealed process, the pipes can be bent without cracking. We also offer Internal Weld Bead Removal (Bead Scarfing) services if your project requires a smooth internal surface for inserting other components.

We use Seaworthy Export Packaging to protect your investment. This includes: Protective Coating: Anti-rust oil or VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) protection. Waterproof Wrapping: Full PVC or waterproof plastic wrapping for each bundle. Secure Bundling: Hexagonal bundles secured with high-tensile steel straps and nylon lifting slings for safe container loading and unloading.

Absolutely. While our standard lengths are 5.8m, 6m, and 12m (to fit 20ft/40ft containers), we offer Precision Cutting to Length (tolerance +/- 2mm). We also provide Punching (Hole Drilling), Beveling, and Swaging services to provide a "ready-to-assemble" solution for your project.

To support both large-scale wholesalers and small-to-medium enterprises, we offer a Flexible Low MOQ (typically 1-5 tons for stock sizes). For customized production, our lead time is generally 15-20 days after receiving the deposit. Free samples are available upon request for quality verification.
