    The selection mainly depends on your product requirements. A single-layer blown film machine is sufficient for plain-color garbage bags and common supermarket bags with standard demands, featuring low investment and quick return. If you need films with high tensile strength, good toughness and special functions (e.g. heavy-duty handbags), ABA or three-layer co-extrusion machine is recommended.

    Key factors include the film width (wider width means higher price), automation level (equipped with IBC internal cooling system, automatic roll changing, etc.), brands of core components (such as motors and inverters), and die head configuration (rotary die head costs more).

    Yes. Modern blown film machines have good adaptability to recycled materials. However, too high proportion of recycled materials may affect the strength and appearance of the film.

    Yes. Color stripes can be realized by co-extrusion with two or more extruders to arrange different colors side by side.

    Yes. Blown film machines are designed for continuous operation. Except for regular maintenance and material/screen changes, it is generally recommended to operate continuously for 24 hours.

    Customers are welcome to conduct on-site machine trials. You can bring your own raw materials for on-site production test, and directly check the film flatness, thickness uniformity, production speed and finished product toughness. You can place an order only after satisfaction to protect your purchasing rights.

    The whole machine and main components enjoy a 1-year warranty. Electrical components are warranted for 6 months. (Warranty excludes man-made damage and force majeure.) For any non-artificial failures during the warranty period, we provide free replacement of spare parts.
