Two precision gears rotate as the liquid passes through, and the flow rate is calculated based on the volume of liquid swept by each gear rotation. This design ensures high accuracy and stable measurement, especially for high-viscosity liquids.

    It is specially designed for medium and high-viscosity clean liquids. Typical measurable media include: diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, crude oil, heavy oil, asphalt, resin, glue, edible oil, paraffin, and alcohol. It is not suitable for liquids with large solid particles or strong corrosion.

    Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, oil depot, lubrication system, food processing, pharmaceutical, coating, energy metering, and industrial automation fields. It meets the measurement needs of various industrial scenarios.

    Standard materials include cast steel, stainless steel 304, and stainless steel 316L. The 316L material is suitable for corrosive liquids. We also support customization of shell materials, seals, and connectors according to customer needs.
