Product description

Product details

Triple-eccentric design with an elliptical conical sealing surface on the disc; contact occurs only at the final closing position, ensuring friction-free operation throughout the stroke. The sealing pair adopts metal-to-metal (or multi-layer composite metal) structure, realizing torque sealing and self-sealing effect.

Bi-directional zero leakage (compliant with API 6D, GB/T 13927); sealing tightness increases with medium pressure. Metal hard sealing withstands an ultra-wide temperature range from -196℃ to 600℃, suitable for high-pressure conditions (PN100 and above).

Low operating torque, easy to operate with manual, pneumatic or electric actuators. Friction-free design minimizes wear, with a theoretical service life of over 100,000 cycles, far exceeding conventional butterfly valves.

Fire-safe (API 607/6FA), erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for steam, oil, corrosive gases and particle-containing media. No installation direction restrictions, easy maintenance.
