We strictly follow international standards including ASTM A53 (Grade A/B), API 5L (X42-X70), EN 10219, and BS 1387. For black pipes, the most common material is Q235B and Q345B (ASTM A36/A572 equivalent). We can provide pipes with OD from 1/2" to 24" and wall thickness from SCH 10 to SCH 160.

According to ASTM/API standards, our thickness tolerance is controlled within ±5% to ±10% depending on the specific grade. We use ultrasonic thickness gauges during production to ensure every batch meets your project requirements~no "under-weight" surprises.

Yes. We offer: Length: Fixed lengths (6m, 12m) or customized (e.g., 5.8m for 20ft container loading). Ends: Plain ends, beveled ends (for easy welding), or threaded & coupling (NPT/BSPT).

Absolutely. Each shipment comes with an MTC (EN 10204 3.1) that details the chemical composition (C, Si, Mn, P, S) and physical properties (Tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation). We also perform hydrostatic tests and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) on 100% of our ERW pipes.

Yes, we welcome third-party inspections. We frequently work with SGS and Bureau Veritas. You can arrange for a surveyor to inspect the dimensions, quantity, and loading process at our factory before balance payment.

For black pipes, we use hexagonal bundles tied with steel strips. For thin-walled pipes, we add plastic caps to protect the ends. If requested, we can wrap the bundles in waterproof woven bags. For black vanish pipes, we ensure the coating is dry before loading to prevent sticking.

A:20GP: Usually 25~27 tons (depending on the weight limit of the destination port). 40HC: Better for long pipes (up to 11.8m~12m). We provide a Loading Optimization Plan to help you maximize container space and reduce the unit shipping cost.
