Product details

This high-recovery mercury amalgamation wet pan mill is professional gold grinding & sorting equipment manufactured by factory, widely applied for wet grinding and gold separation of rock ore and gravel ore, serving as core grinding machine matched with jaw crusher for small & medium mines.

Heavy rollers rely on self-weight to squeeze and knead crushed ore with water to form uniform slurry. Mercury can be added inside the pan during grinding to conduct amalgamation process, which fully combines liberated free gold particles with mercury to form gold amalgam, greatly boosting recovery rate of coarse gold and native gold up to over 90%.

Equipped with heavy-duty customized reduction gearbox for stable power transmission. Rollers and grinding base are cast by high manganese wear-resistant alloy with strong impact resistance and long service life. Featuring simple mechanical structure and low motor power consumption, its total investment and maintenance cost are far lower than ball mill of equal capacity, only one worker is required for daily operation.
