Highlights at a glance

  • It features a dual-disc structure. Upon pump shutdown, it executes a two-stage closure: a fast closure (1-3 seconds) followed by a slow closure (5-90 seconds). The main disc closes rapidly to block most of the flow, while the small disc closes slowly to completely eliminate the water hammer peak, effectively protecting the pump and pipeline system.
  • This valve integrates the functions of a gate valve, a butterfly valve, and a check valve into a single unit, providing isolation, non-return, and water hammer prevention. Its tilted eccentric disc and straight-through flow path design result in low flow resistance and energy consumption, ensuring more energy-efficient operation.
  • Its compact structure, small size, and light weight make it ideal for large-diameter pipelines, significantly reducing civil construction costs. The valve is operated by the conveyed medium itself, requiring no external power source. It also supports in-line maintenance, allowing key components to be serviced while the unit is running, which lowers maintenance costs.
  • It is available with piston-type or diaphragm-type control mechanisms, making it suitable for various media, from clean/raw water to sewage/slurry water. The soft and hard double sealing structure ensures reliable sealing with minimal friction torque, resulting in a long service life and stable, reliable operation.
  • It features a light-load pump start function, where the valve opens slowly only after reaching a set pressure. This effectively reduces starting current and ensures the safety of the motor and electrical control system. Additionally, it can be equipped with auxiliary components for real-time status feedback, supporting remote control and automated management to meet the requirements of smart pipeline networks.
