Full Flanged Detachable Design All tube heads and ports adopt standard flanged connection. Tube bundle can be pulled out for deep cleaning and maintenance without pipe cutting, greatly cutting production downtime and later maintenance cost. Precision machined flange sealing surface ensures zero leakage after repeated disassembly.

ll-Stainless-Steel Construction Shell, tubes, tube sheet and flanges are all made of 304/316L stainless steel. 316L grade delivers excellent pitting corrosion resistance for seawater, brine, weak acid and pharmaceutical media; 304 grade is a cost-effective option for fresh water, food processing and HVAC scenarios.

High Efficiency Heat Transfer Counter-flow structure with built-in segmental baffles forces S-shaped turbulent flow and eliminates laminar dead corners. Heat transfer efficiency is over 20% higher than ordinary models, effectively reducing energy consumption and long-term operation costs.

High Pressure & Temperature Resistance Manufactured strictly under GB151 and ASME pressure vessel standards, with tube-side pressure 0.6-10MPa and operating temperature range from-20℃ to 450℃. Flanges support GB, ANSI and JIS standards, directly compatible with global pipeline systems

Multiple Structure Options Three tube bundle structures available: fixed tube sheet, floating head and U-tube, all with flanged design. They respectively fit clean media, scaling-prone sewage, high-temperature thermal oil and other working conditions to match various industrial process demands.

Customization & Global Compliance Support 1-2000㎡ heat exchange area customization, sanitary polishing, double tube sheet and other personalized demands. 100% hydrostatic test before delivery, with MTC and CE/PED certification. Third-party inspection is accepted to meet global import requirements.
