Working Principle of Three-cylinder Dryer
Materials are evenly fed into the three layer nested cylinders of the Three-cylinder Dryer. With the rotation of the equipment, internal lifting plates repeatedly lift, turn and disperse materials in three stage channels to form a uniform material curtain. Hot air circulates through the multi-pass cylinder structure in co-current or counter-current mode, conducting sufficient layered heat and mass exchange with materials. This multi-stage heat transfer greatly accelerates rapid moisture evaporation. After layered drying, qualified dry materials are discharged from the outlet, while wet waste gas is purified by a dust removal system before emission, realizing stable, continuous and high-efficiency drying operation.
