Product details

Vertical shaft impact crusher is also called VSI sand making machine. It's the key crushing equipment in the sand and aggregate industry, which can crush granite, limestone, river pebbles and other large stones into small particles of 0-5mm. It is also used in the field of artificial sand making and stone shaping. Usually, VSI sand making plant can be equipped with sand washing machine, stone crusher, vibrating screen to produce artificial sand more economically and efficiently.

1. There is airflow self-circulation inside vortex chamber; less dust; less noise; stones can form the bottom protection base during production process; no abrasion for the machine body, durable in use.

2. Hydraulic pressure opening device, easy to maintain.

3. The ambient guard plate can be turned up and down to prolong the service life

4. Combined throwing head, only need to replace the wear part, can reduce the cost of 30%

5. Lubrication method can be selected, the modular design of thin oil type and grease type of bearing chamber can realize the whole interchange ability.
