Actual separation efficiency depends on feed pressure, slurry density, particle size distribution, and cyclone configuration.     No. Hydrocyclones have no moving parts and require no external power supply to operate they run entirely on the pressure energy of the incoming slurry feed, typically supplied by a slurry pump. This makes them extremely energy-efficient, simple to operate, and very low in maintenance requirements compared to mechanical classifiers such as spiral classifiers.

    We offer three main liner materials: Polyurethane (PU): Best for fine to medium particle slurries with moderate abrasion. Most cost-effective option with a service life 3 5x longer than rubber in most applications. Recommended for gold, copper, iron ore, and phosphate processing. Natural Rubber: Best for coarse, sharp-edged particles where impact resistance is more important than abrasion resistance. Ideal for coal washing and aggregate processing. Ceramic (Alumina / Silicon Carbide)
