    No. Hydrocyclones have no moving parts and require no external power supply to operate they run entirely on the pressure energy of the incoming slurry feed, typically supplied by a slurry pump. This makes them extremely energy-efficient, simple to operate, and very low in maintenance requirements compared to mechanical classifiers such as spiral classifiers.

    We offer three main liner materials: Polyurethane (PU): Best for fine to medium particle slurries with moderate abrasion. Most cost-effective option with a service life 3 5x longer than rubber in most applications. Recommended for gold, copper, iron ore, and phosphate processing. Natural Rubber: Best for coarse, sharp-edged particles where impact resistance is more important than abrasion resistance. Ideal for coal washing and aggregate processing. Ceramic (Alumina / Silicon Carbide)
