    Yes. Our equipment lines are designed to be adaptable. We can customize configurations based on your ore properties (hardness, composition, moisture, etc.) and desired final product. We often provide test reports and recommend the most efficient solution for gold, copper, tin, iron, and other minerals.

    We offer a strong 18-month warranty from the date of commissioning against any manufacturing or material defects. This excludes normal wear & tear of consumable/ (like screen meshes, hammers, liners) and damage caused by improper operation, modification, or neglect.

    Absolutely. We provide detailed installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and foundation drawings. We also offer remote video guidance for installation and commissioning. For larger projects, we can arrange experienced engineers to provide on-site supervision and operator training (terms apply).

    Standard models for popular capacity lines (e.g., 50-100TPH) typically have shorter lead times. Complete custom lines require more engineering. Generally, production takes 15-30 days after order confirmation. Delivery time depends on destination port and shipping method, which we will detail in your quotation.
