Powered by 1000kW motor with JDX800 gearbox (6.3:1 ratio). Forced lubrication with oil cooler circulates 150-200 L/min of oil; maintains bearing temperature below 65°C even in ambient temperatures up to 40°C.

4.Advanced Liner & Ventilation System

Wave liners (first compartment) and smooth liners (second compartment) extend liner life to 10,000-14,000 hours. Dual air inlets (Φ2.6×13) or high-airflow design (Φ3×9) handle 25,000-30,000 m³/h, maintaining optimal temperature control for gypsum and slag.

Ideal for dry grinding of cement clinker, granulated blast furnace slag, limestone, iron ore, copper ore, and industrial minerals in large cement plants, slag grinding stations, mining concentrators, and high-capacity industrial powder lines.

The 50 tph Dry Ball Mill represents the pinnacle of dry grinding technology – unmatched single-unit capacity, ultra-fine capability, and the lowest cost per ton for large-scale producers.

Working Principle

Material (≤50mm, moisture ≤5%) is fed into the grinding drum via a belt conveyor and feed chute. The motor drives the drum to rotate at 18-24 r/min through a reducer. Inside the drum, grinding balls are lifted and then fall, impacting and grinding the material. A ventilation system introduces dry air to remove dust and moisture, preventing caking. The ground powder is carried by airflow to a classifier, where it is separated into 80-325 mesh fractions. Qualified powder enters a pulse dust collector and is discharged via a star unloader; coarse particles return for regrinding. The dry process produces no wastewater, meeting environmental requirements.
